skim milk romaine hearts hardboiled egg whites fat free american cheese singles honey bunches of oats lawrys steak and chops marinade boneless skinless chicken breast celery, raw cucumber, raw the things i use most often are my recipes, so i'm not sure exactly how accurate it is, but it looks good to me!

planning = success!! I plan out my meals for the week since i eat a lot of the same things. I usually enter my breakfast, lunch, and dinner for the work week on Sunday or Monday... I bring my own snacks to work also. It really helps me stay on track and stay motivated!

i like planning out my meals for the week and then making tweaks and changes as i go. it definitely helps me stay on track, and also helps with making my grocery list =)

When you cook dinner, make enough to bring for lunch as well I usually make 2 lbs of chicken breast on sunday which makes up for most of my lunch and dinner Monday - Thursday. I also make a ton of sauteed brussel sprouts and roasted broccoli and have those as my side dishes with the chicken.

I have very flat feet which has caused me a ton of knee and ankle pain over the years. I've also had several knee and ankle injuries from sports, so that doesn't help.
