This is my 2nd week back on here too! Just keep going - you might slip up here and there, but just track everything and move on. Try not to deprive yourself of too much all at once - you may end up over indulging and falling off track. Good luck!

If I'm over on my carbs for the day, but I know they came from yogurt, fruit, vegetables, and not things like rice, pasta, or bread then i don't really stress about it too much. I tend to eat more starchy vegetables and less grains

what kind of protein powder do you use? how well did you mix it? i'd be worried that it wouldn't mix and the consistency would get funny... i use healthy n fit egg protein powder

I cook for the week on sundays, and lug a ton of food to work every monday for the week. i keep a few in the freezer at work for the occasion that i forgot my normal lunch at home, or didn't get to cook and bring lunch. Working in Times Square in NYC, there are literally hundreds of MUCH worse food options outside the office... I don't think it'll derail my health goals by having them every once in a while.

i spend on average $85/week just for myself! i live in a borough of NYC and yes things are expensive, but i do shop Target/Walmart for some things, and try to shop bargains and sales whenever possible.

i put soy milk, greek yogurt, and chia seeds in my overnight oats - i vary it by adding blueberries, strawberries, banana, chunky PB, chunky applesauce, cinnamon, honey... yummmmmmmmmmmm
