I recently had knee surgery & my dr's and physical therapists told me biking is one of the best exercises to do for your knees. I use to jog a lot & they don't want me doing that for quite some time. So, you should be safe riding your bike! I just went this morning & it was so relaxing!! :happy:

I have had months & months of not loosing weight! :grumble: I wish there was a simple, easy way to this! Professionals say, as long as you are moving & eating right it is all about the numbers in & out. I think that is a crock b/c I have done that forever & still no go! Wish I had the answers for you!! I need to really loose weight the "healthy way." I started exercising & eating good about a year ago.
