I've been sick with asthma flare after respiratory virus so have not been on MFP at all for awhile. Gradually feeling better so checking in. I'll weigh in the morning and see where I am. Good luck to everyone with your goals!

Hi guys, well I have been sick with upper respiratory illness for a week. So no working out. Gonna be tough to make it this month but maybe I'll miraculously rally and workout out several hours a day :( Oh well, there's always next month, but as soon as feeling better will be posting again.
