I don't know about you but I do it when I'm bored!! When I get the feeling that a binge is on the way I head out for a walk or take the kids somewhere!!! Don't punish yourself. We all fall off the wagon. Get straight back on. All these little blips we have are valuable lessons!!

I recalculated using my TDEE as sedentary and I can eat my exercise calories and MFP was band on. Think I'll keep it this way. Understand it and can manage it. Thanks for all your help!!

Just worked it out and I've been eating way under what I should be eating. I feel satisfied but could defo use these extra calories for more fruit!!! Thanks

During the week, I get up at 7am, take kids to school for 8.30 then home for breakfast. I enjoy it more and digest it better if I'm not eating against the clock and I don't tend to eat as much either!

Have started WW more times than I can remember. Family life with smallies to mind doesn't always allow me to go to meetings. Then there's the financial penalty if you don't show up. Ridiculous! Looking at the programme I actually think it's designed for you to fail. WW is all about the weekly subscription. MFP is awesome.…
