awesome job and very motivating to me as I am the same height 5'1" and with similar stats. I am almost at my half way mark but am not really seeing any difference in my belly area yet and it is very discouraging to me

a lil insulted by this crap. My family is on foodstamps. My bf is the only one working. I have been struggling to find a job for the last year or so. I buy low calorie snack crackers, and I dont eat them all the time. I eat them when I am really low on cals or wanting a change of pace from my normal snack. I do not…

I had the same problem. I have Sketchers and my feet hurt like hell. I went to a local shoe store and they had me stand on one foot then the other, tested my balance, had me jog in place for a few, and try on a few different types of shoes. They then recommended the ASICS Women's Gel Neo33. They are very comfortable. Weird…

watch your sodium intake. You will be surprised at how much is in everything. Try and stay below 2000

What an awesome feeling huh? I experienced that same exact moment last month. It was awesome. Great job!!!!!

that sounds exactly like what I was experiencing a couple weeks ago. I would just take it easy and maybe if you feel up to it take some short slow walks, nothing more strenuous than that. Heating pads help me a lot.

wow you look fab, maybe that is exactly what I need, heavy lifting

ME!!! I am very short. I am only 5'1" so dont need as many calories as someone that is say 5'8". MFP has my calories set at 1280. I have always had a hard time eating very much. I just wasnt making healthy decisions hence the weight gain. Plus I had surgery on my stomach as an infant and have a sensitive stomach and get…

I do pretty much the same thing but instead of tortillas I use whole wheat pita bread and to cut down on the sodium I use no salt added tomato sauce and sprinkle it with oregano. Very good with spinach and feta

I think I may have to get this book. I am 5'1" and all through high school was 125. My dad when passing my sister and I in the hall or whatnot would pat our tummies and say "are you gaining weight? you look like you are pregnant" He did this pretty much everyday and it made my sister and I feel very uncomfortable about…

only breakfast and half of lunch and already over 2000 calories? DANG!!! Eating healthy and around 1200 is not hard. MFP has my goal at 1280 and some days I have trouble even getting in 1000

I think those kinda posts are stupid and childish and need to be placed elsewhere as this is a fitness site. I would expect this crap from a teen but the sad thing is most of them are from adults.

I kept my ex's last name which is Keeley. It is also the last name of my 2 sons. I kept it because 1) it would be easier and 2) because I had always disliked my maiden name which is Pruner. My sister and brother *****ed at me about it saying how I am disrespecting my family by not switching back to my family's name.
