we dont have much money and sometimes not much food in the house. Neighbor uses my cell phone and gives me unhealthy food in return. I usually let the kids have it but sometimes I cant pass it by as it sometimes is pretty much the only thing to eat in the house

I was expecting more out of them. Taste kinda like cream cheese but a whole lot less flavor, very bland in my opinion. I couldnt eat it, thought it was disgusting. It seems weird to me to. I really want my fat apron to disappear but that is where I am seeing the least inches lost so far. So far I am losing all over with most of it being in my chest, thighs, and legs. Oh and I can see a major difference in my face when I compare it to when I first started.

When I first started MFP I was having trouble getting enough protein. Everyone kept telling me about Greek yogurt. I tried the stuff and hate it. It is sour and tastes like sour cream. Is there a variety that doesnt taste so sour?

I used to never eat breakfast as it made me feel nauseated and I could hardly get it down. The first month of eating breakfast regularly after joining MFP was really hard but what helped was eating something light like a yogurt, and egg, or a banana. baby spinach (if I dont have any I use romaine lettuce), mushrooms, feta cheese, newmans own lite dressing, avocado if I have one, cauliflower, and lately I have been using 2 tablespoons of sunflower seeds on top, which I am totally loving

MFP set mine at 1320 and I always eat between 1000-1200 for the most part. I do not eat back exercise calories either.

you can try shutting the tv off and telling yourself you can only use it as a reward after you have done exercise. You can also try jogging in place while watching tv, or go for a short walk sometime during the day
