I absolutely hate doing dishes so I count it if I have a lot to do, but not if I only have a few to do. I count 15 minutes or more, as it motivates me to actually do them.

I agree with another post. You need to stick with it. For me some weeks I see loss and others I dont. Some days you may gain a pound or 2, no worries. Also remember that weight fluctuates, especially in women. Keep doing what you are doing and you will see some results.

It isnt the flavor of most oils that I cant stand, although I do hate olive oil. It is that I can see it pooling in the pan. It is seeing and knowing there is greasiness that bothers me. Hell No!!! I am very large breasted, always have been, even before I got overweight. But the weight gain did make them even bigger. I currently wear a DDD and would love to be able to wear a C again. DDD's are just too big on a 5'1" girl, very hard on my back.
