so you fell down, just pick yourself up and try again. Most of us slip up once a while. That is life. You can do this. You gotta believe that. The only person stopping you is YOU. Feel free to add me if you need support and motivation. I am more than happy to give it to you.

I have a polar ft7. It comes with a chest strap. It is really easy to use. I only use it for my workouts to see how many calories I burned. I love it.

1 banana, 1 cup vanilla soy milk, 1/2-3/4 cup of ice (depends on how thing you like it but sometimes I freeze the banana so I dont have to use any ice) 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1 packet of stevia My kids love it to. The cinnamon gives it a great flavor

I am 5'1" I generally eat between 1100-1200 calories a day. The only time I eat back any exercise calories is if I burn at least 400 calories or more for the entire day.

I am 34 and the mother of a 12 year old son, an 11 year old son, and a 4 year old daughter. I have had trouble with my weight since I started putting on weight when I hit puberty. Feel free to add me as a friend

It really depends on what kinda cleaning and/or food preparation we are talking about. I have worn my HRM while doing some of this kind of stuff just to see how many calories one really does burn. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming burn about 60-70 calories for 20 minutes. Cutting vegetable and shredding meat burned a lot…

hmm well subtracting 20% from my TDEE I come up with approximately 1800. That seems really high. MFP has me at 1200. I cant see myself losing weight by increasing my calories that much

1/1: did 30 minutes of 30ds and 10 minutes of jogging in place 1/2: well so far today have done 30 minutes of high intensity circuit training, gonna try to get in a lil bit more exercise later did well on 1/1 with macros, nothing was over except for the sodium which was over by about 200 not done with today so dont know…
-
according to your calculations of subtracting 20% from BMR I should eat 1170 to lose weight. I have never manually done anything with my goals as I have no idea what to put in for protein, fat, or carbs. I just go with what MFP gives me
-
How will we be held accountable for this challenge? Are we supposed to post our workouts and if we met our macros each day?
-
you try to eat whatever the calorie goal that MFP sets for you a day, do not subtract 500 from it. It is ok to be under as long as you try to eat at least 1200 calories a day. After you lose say 10 or 15 pounds MFP will ask you to update your goals with your new weight and it will change your calorie goals for you. So if…

When I first started my journey I was very out of shape and NEVER exercised. I would jog in place in my room with the radio on for as long as I could. In the beginning it was only for 5 minutes. But... every time I felt like I had been sitting too long or being lazy I would get up and do another 5 minutes. I would do this…

Excited but kinda nervous as we get closer to Jan 1st. Right now I have only been able to get up to around 24-28 minutes of high intensity workouts like 30ds. I do however try to get in a short workout later in the day to get my minutes and calories burned up a bit higher. I think this challenge will be a good motivator…

great job!!! It is a such an amazing feeling. I had been wearing a size 18 for a few years and just the other day fit into a 14. I still have a long way to go, but I will get there. Would love to get back into my highschool size 8

I use a small Hamilton Beach Blender. It has no settings to mess with and you use the blender container as a travel mug making it easy to clean. It is kinda like a Magic Bullet. I had a Magic Bullet but it shorted out, so got my Hamilton Beach as a replacement for much cheaper. I love it. I dont just make protein shakes…

I saw this on the news today. They were talking about how it will help Americas obesity epidemic. Wake up people, there are no quick fixes. Also do you want cramping, bloating and diahrrhea?

very true. I find myself getting nervous and anxious the closer my calories get to 1000, as they go above that I kinda freak a bit, not completely sure why, maybe something psychological. I do try to eat at least 1200 but have trouble on some days. Also I dont feel that I need the same amount of calories as some people…
