I make iced tea decaf with stevia at work I use 2 tea bags stewed in hot water, when that cools down I buy/or get from fountain cold water. Makes it more interesting. also I change it up with just lemons

Ah is that why I feel like I'm fighting a loosing battle? I flew through menophase used I cool for the flashes (which help me) and now I can't seem to stay away from the desert table!!! I glad I'm not a lone

I feel for you, I don't know why some people just don't get it! But like anything if he can't do it for himself it will never happen. Try leaving articles around the house of real facts about unhealthy life styles. Also once he sees how awsome you look and feel he might feel left out and join in? Hugs

I also agree cheat days are easy to have but hard to get back on track. Ive been slacken on the weekends this summer and evey Monday I bummed out. Sticking to my guns this weekend!

Couldn't say it better myself! Beer and BBQ's kicking my butt!!!! Wake up on Mondays pissed off mad at myself and then back on track!
