I really need to add every single ingredient. I created a recipe for my smoothie. I drink the same thing every single time so it doesn't change. That way you can just click the recipe and add to your meal instead of doing it individually each time.

I do not long my 1 multivitamin with omega 3, which has 5 calories. I do log everything else. I am not trying to bash you, but I do think you should try to wean? yourself off so many supplements. For me, I get motivated every time I go and browse the "Success Stories" board. I also have a group of women, who hold me accountable daily on what I eat and to get in my exercise.
