Funning that you should post this..I was coming down with a sore throat, etc. on Friday, but forced myself to work-out on Saturday and Sunday. You on the other hand have some other things going on and I don't think you should be doing anything major other than MAYBE a walk or something!

Good stuff ladies!!! Today was day 22 of level 2! Jade I'm with you! Every day that I do it, by the time I'm finished sweat is dripping off of my face! It's an intense work-out but I like it! Once I get past the walkout push-ups, it's downhill for me!! I want to peak at level 3 but I'm just going to wait! LOL

I understand where you're coming from because my friend dosen't care about how "healthy" anything is for him in regards to food. He fries everything, soy sauce, salt, etc. I don't eat deep fried food and haven't for two years. I bake my chicken, porkchops and grill my steak. He always says that he dosen't understand why…

Yes...the Shred is tough on my knees...but it seems to be getting a little better than it was in the beginning.

Good Luck to you all! I joined a group that had started on April 1st. I had previously just finished Level 1 and had started Level 2. I have 10 days left for Level 2 and more than likely will move on to level 3 to complete the DVD.
