I have the Flex and I use it every day, I love it!

I'm a person so I like to get it in and be done with it! I do walk home from the train in the evening and that's anywhere from a mile to almost two miles depending on which way I go.

You're on the right track! As the earlier posts suggested, you don't have to belong to a gym. Walk around your neighborhood, if there is a highschool close by, unilize the track! I love it!!! I use it all of the time! When I'm in the grocery story and I see something in the bakery department, I will scan the barcode and I will quickly put an item down!!! Some things are just not worth the caloric intake!!! LOL

I can't do weekly weigh-in's! They drive me up a wall so I commit to weighing in once a month...I know that alot of people don't like that but it keeps me from going crazy! LOL

Good Morning, when I started exercising at home two years ago, I would just have on socks but I realized that I didn't have the support for when I was jumping and running so I put on my tennis shoes and have been wearing them since. I personally think that you should wear shoes, but it's truly up to the individual.

I count all of my fruit, even though it is fruit, the fruit still has calories. The fruit is better than chips and sweets, etc., but a calorie is a calorie regardless so I would say that you need to county them.

I do the wheat thins low fat, grapes, baby carrots with dip, 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt, or light ice cream. Weight Watchers frozen snacks, peanuts. I look around and see what I can find, always looking for new things!

Potatoes are fine...I get the fries in the frozen section and bake them. Or a baked potato. Try a side salad, broccoli, rice, collard greens, cabbage.
