  • hey, good idea! Im still trying to make myself eat more veg. I was just looking at my daily food diary, and noticed that even when i go over in most areas, i never go over in protien. Guess that's something for me to work on.

  • I don't have one yet, but i reeeally want one. I say, anything that can make working out more fun, and not torture, is a good thing. More movement in your day can't be bad for you, so go for it! It's almost my b-day, so i'm hoping to get one soon!
  • i had 1 packet of flax seed oatmeal and a serving of strawberry yogurt with some jasmine green tea. some almonds and dried apricots have held me over to lunch. when i think i MUST have another snack i just drink a glass of water, it usually helps.
