THROW THEM AWAY! then they will be down to portions of 0 and you do not have to worry about them.

awesome job! Making it through that first mile is exhilerating! Now go for 2! Remember though, running can be more mental that physical at times so find some way to distract yourself.

I have been eating the same things for breakfast, lunch and snacks everyday for a year or so. I will slightly change things.... when I start to get too bored. I also very my dinners.... usually rotate 5-6 meals a week so my husband and kids do not get bored. It has worked for me and has made life less stressful. Good luck…

I eat romaine lettuce every day almost and it does wonders. If I go more than 2 days without a salad, I get constipated.

The only way to loose in a target area is by working those muscles. Crunches, leg lifts, planks, sit ups, etc will all target the stomach muscles. It is a long process and will take time to tone those muscles. You will get there, just stay with it. Come up with a 10-15 minute routine to do every night snf get in the…

I am not sure what time the race is, but most are early in the morning. I would suggest eating light... I like an english muffin with peanut butter before my races. As far as the night before, eat what you want just make sure it is not really heavy or greasy... like no steak or hamburger and fries. I do not think running…

I have sugar free gum or hard candy with me at all times..... helps with boredom eating and anxiety eating!

I went through an extremely tragic event a few years ago... my normal self would shell up and hide from the world. But, it happened at a time when I was determined to become a more mentally healthy me. So I dared myself to do something that I would never do once a week. I called a group of old friends and went out with…

My favorite right now: take 1 large low carb high fiber whole wheat tortilla, spread 1 wedge of laughing cow spread (any flavor but I recommend the chipotle kind), add a couple of slices of thin sliced deli turkey and 1/2 cup chopped cucumbers. Roll. Very filling and only 180 calories.

I have searched "30 minute yoga" and "30 minute pilates" on You Tube and those were pretty good!

I totally get what you are saying! I have a theory, maybe they have wanted/are wanting to loose 5-10 pounds and the fact that you are doing it SUCCESSFULLY makes them a little jealous, because losing weight is hard. Another theory (please do not take this offensively... think of it from a girl's perspective), you know how…

remember what got you to where you are and how hard it was. I for one, never want to have to do this again!

If you try to get into everyday all of a sudden, you could hurt yourself and set yourself back. I would listed to your hubs and go every other day for now. If it is an inbetween day and you feel good, maybe try just going for a walk. Nothing too strenuous, but still exercise!

I have tried a bunch of different things, and all seemed wired at first but turned out pretty good. My favorites were mixing it with salsa and mixing it with plain mustard and relish. I have tried avacado and lime and did not like it at all, but my husband loved it.

For me, its been every 10 pounds or so. But, that is not for everyone... it depends on your body type and the brand of pants, too.

I think that you need to express to him your concerns without blaming it on him or criticizing him. Maybe explain to him that you do love his food and you would love to eat it on occasion however with your body type and your metabolism it is hard for you to eat those kind of things. Maybe suggest that you do some research…

I started running last summer.... I could make it that first 1-2 minutes, then I always had to walk. I talked to my mom about this.... she is a distance runner, a triathlete, an iron woman, and a former cross country coach... I value her opinion. She told me that it is mostly mental, not physical. She said to slow down at…

You guys are awesome! I do have allow myself to give in once in awhile. And, I do not plan on eating like crazy once I reach my GW. I have not had fast food burger and fries in probably 2-3 years and I am going to celebrate. I want to and its not going to kill me (hopefully) or my weight loss. I will continue to eat the…

Thin Mints.... frozen with ice cream....... I did a 5k a couple of weeks ago that benefitted the Girl Scouts of my community. With your entry you got a box of cookies...... I "forgot" them in my mom's car. If I hadnt, I would have eaten the whole box...... and I think that would have been my calorie limit for 2 days.

I am a thrift store/clearance rack shopper myself. If you have a goodwill in your area, they have a 50% off clothes day. Here it is Monday. I have gone down 3 sizes so far..... you deserve to get some new clothes... even if they are gently used! I still have some baggy clothes out, but I find that I really enjoy showing…
