You have been an inspiration to me. There are so many reasons why people "can't" change their lifestyle, lose weight and become healthy. I am waving the white flag to November. My entire family has been struck with the flu for the past week and a half and there is just no way that I am going to be able to catch up without hurting myself. So, I am out for the month. Thank you for doing this and I will be back in December!
