  • You should try V-8 Low Sodium drinks (5.5 oz cans) each day. You might also like the V-8 V-splash drinks. They both work for me.
  • @mandamommy - How did you lose so much weight in one month? My profile is set to lose 1 pound per week. On most days, I am very under my daily net calories. I don't know what to do if I am not hungry and I burned over 1000 calories in one workout. I don't want to overeat but I am worried I will get to the starvation mode…
  • I am here for support if you want it. I just started on MFP last week. You can do this! I tell myself that every day. I want to lose a total of 50 pounds. I have only lost 7 so far but I only starting working out 8 weeks ago.
