Just hit the 30club last year, a month after final baby #3. Haven’t lost any baby weight 😭! All time heaviest weight in my light! 5’5” and 192lbs... used to hang around 160-170 for a while before getting pregnant last. Want to get to 135-145...

If I take a day break at the gym I’m likly to miss multiple days! How do you keep going? I went 4 days and really wanted to go day 5 but thought I needed a break bc “they say take a break every couple days”. Now I’ve missed the whole week! 😡😡😡
-
That’s why I never joined bc of the start up fee. But I realized that they offer every November/December a 1yr for $99 with no extra fees. So i jumped on it.

Wow! Great transformation!!! Just think what another 1.5mo will do!!!

No more snacking! Easier said than done. I tried to kee fruit always available. I’ll eat a orange or clementine. Or make apple slices. I don’t like them with peanut butter but you could use that. Or celery sticks with pb.

I’ve had 3 csections, last one was March 22 2018. Idk if my stomach will ever bounce back. I’ve never been at a healthy BMI.

I had a baby in March too! Started 10lbs heavier (@ 186) than my “Normal weight”. I haven’t lost anything since a few weeks after baby being born. I’m not 9m postpartum and haven’t lost anything!!! Ugh stuck 196lbs. Hoping to lose 50lbs total!

I’m now working on getting me back. Had first baby at 21 and just had my 3rd at the end of March, a month before I turned 30. Almost 4minthe post partum. I’m at my heaviest I’ve ever been! Have 50-60lbs to get rid of! I’m 5’5” and 197lbs! 😩 Goal is 140. I got down to 140 in 2014 and idk what happened but I’m on a mission…

Thanks! This is helpful! Your walking post started my walking and exercise a week or so ago. I now go on a daily 90min (4.5mile) walk. Tonight I didn't feel good/soar throats and I walked to the store and back vs driving. Only about 30mins total but at least j got it in!

Good for you! What have you been eating? Making full meals or quick and easy stuff?

I have about 30 to lose too. Been logging into MFP for 200+ days but not actually "trying" just maintaining. Just "restarted" last week and hoping to stay on track

You can add me too

Everyone has those days! I load up on water the next day!

Yes the stuggle is real. Start with one thing at a time. That for me was just logging in everyday. After that it was just logging what I'm eating regardless of what and how much. Also I recommend getting a food scale. I got a cheap one for about $10 or less. It works great.
