I made it through week 1!! :) Logged everything. Went on a power walk 5 of 7 days, enjoy a bday dinner with my family, and still lost this week. On to week two! Great job everyone!!

I’m in the same boat. Never looked at it as being mad, but rather where the f^*** is the motivation??? I know what I want and I know what I should do, but why can’t I do it? Add me as a friend and maybe we can give each other a hard time for not sticking with it!! Good luck

I want in! SW/CW: 195 GW: 140 31yo with 3 kiddos; 10, 8, will be 2 next month. I’ve always been around 165/170 and still unhappy, but so ready to be happy in my own body! I’d like to get to 160 by may/June. However I know that may be pretty hard. Please add me 🤩🤩
