So Today started my week two of counting calories, healthy food, and exercise! I am done with excuses and wondering who is serious about this too??? I have 45 lbs to lose to be at goal and it helps to have accountability friends! Ppl looking at my journL amd etc. who is in???

I am absolutely in! I'm in the same boat as you, just recently started again with eating healthier and very committed to loosing the excess weight. I've lost 16lbs in about 6 weeks so far. Just sent you a friend request 😊0

I'll add you. I hope we can motivate each other, share meals, workouts and thoughts. I'm daily active on my page.
I found out about MyFitnessPal in 2018 and lost 10kg with its help. This year I'm restarting my journey and I want to lose 7-8kg and get fit.
I love the community and I enjoy having active friends who post small updates on their page, encouragements, photos of their meals and keep me accountable to do my workouts. If you think "we are a match", maybe you'll accept my friend request.
