Still trucking!
272 to 198.
I think the biggest change for me has been going from a two XL to a large and from 22 pants to a 14. I literally grab the wrong size when I’m shopping all the time. But the upside is thrift store shopping is a lot more fun and there’s a lot more options.

Absolutely one of the most amazing transformations I have ever seen. You so totally rock!!5 -
OK, these are in the last 20 lbs to go thread too...I am almost at goal fat percentage before I reverse diet and head into a bulk cycle....yeah I want to be strong not skinny....never been fitter, leaner, stronger (am a masters strength athlete) or happier/more confident in my life. I am 46 (47 this year), 5 foot 5, and weight 145 lbs at the moment. Cannot wait to see my abs without flexing/being pumped after lifting. I lift heavy things and put them down again, I sometimes move as fast as I can with these heavy things and throw them or put them onto platforms or over yoke bars. These are not my first start pics though (been on MFP since 2012 and was around 194 lbs then) I am active daily, either going for a run, swim, cycle or walk.
This is 174 lbs to 145lbs (79 kg to 65.7 kg) This was over 2 long years....

Anyone have some stories to share? Hoping to add something here in the next 4-6months!1

No results to share yet, but I find this thread super helpful. It's so fascinating to see how everyone within the same small height range all carries weight differently. I am 5'5" (almost 5'6") and currently weigh 165. I'm hoping to get down to my goal weight of 140-145 before my 36th birthday this spring. I went on a beach vacation over the holidays and looking at pictures I realized I was not in the kind of shape I want to be. I'll be tracking calories, cycling and doing Pilates. Here are some current-state photos:

I am 5’4 with a goal range of 130-128. Last weigh in 132.2
Looking to add more friends. I currently do walking/jogging intervals and am adding two lower body and one upper body strength days/week. I also ski and hike. Big goal is to get into trail running and get back into races. Not a fast runner but it makes me happy. I’ve had 6 knee surgeries but have no plans of slowing down anytime soon. 39 mother of 2, married 14 years.7 -
I am 5'4 and nearly 34 years old!
I started at 304lbs and currently at 212lbs, I want to lose another 50-70lbs or so.
