SW(2015): 172lbs
I remember seeing this photo at the time and being so upset
First photo(2016): 158lbs
Current: 135lbs
28 years old, 5'4"
It's been a long and difficult journey for me, but it's always kept moving forward! I saw therapists, I surrounded myself with more positive people, I learned to put value in myself and my time.
I'd be ok to stay at 135 if I could lower my body fat % and gain some muscle! 💪💪💪

Thank you so much!! I did A LOT of strength training along with my cardio. It took me about 2.5 years to lose the weight. Though that is a long time to get to my goal, it helped minimize loose skin for me.
I now do only 30 mins of cardio 3 x’s a week and mainly focus on strength training.10 -

Girl!!! 🤩🤩🤩🙌🌟💫✨ I know I’ve said this in another forum but you look absolutely incredible!!! You have kicked sooo much butt (& obviously continue to do so)!!!
Thank you!!!!!! That means so much to me. ❤️❤️❤️
It has been a mentally draining day and the last thing I want to do is workout, but messages like these push me to quit the excuses and get my butt to the gym. Thank you again!! 💪🏼❤️7 -

I really want to post in here once I'm back to "normal," but I also have no intention of taking off my long johns, sweats, hoodie, puffy vest, and parka until like... June... *shiver*

Well done everyone - fantastic!!!
I'm 45 years old and 5'5"
My start weight in 2012 was 168 lbs (12st). I hit my goal weight of 126 lbs (9st) in 2013 but slid back into bad habits so put on weight and I am now trying again. The eventual challenge will be to maintain 'forever'.
I am currently 141lbs (10st 1lb) but need to carry on til 126lbs (9st) ...for some reason I look heavier than other people at the same weight. Probably lack of muscle!!!9
