Need to commit!
I’ve tried to commit many times over the last 5 years and just can’t stick with it. After my two older kids (11&13) I was able to lose 30 lbs and get to my lowest of about 145-150. Trampoline
Is using a trampoline good exercise? We have it for the kids and I’ve jumped with them but just curious if I could add it to my daily exercise? If so - how long should I jump? Any “routines”? Just regular jumping? I’m 5’5” and 195lbs female... so about 50lbs to lose.

Coffee, tea, & sugar
So I love my morning coffee! I also drink diet soda or Tea every day. Coffee- I usually add a splash of milk and 2tbsp of sugar. Working out daily?
At the gym I do 10min treadmill, 10min arch runner machine, and 10min bike. Then do about 30-45mins weights1 I switch arms/legs/stomach Is it okay to go daily? I find that if I miss one day I don’t go back. If I keep going then I keep going! Do you really need a rest day? What if my rest day was just walking or going easy?…

Fitbit charge hr exercise upload to MFP
i just started using the FB charge HR yesterday. Today I was very active. I am logging my food through MFP and exercise through Fitbit. When will the exercise upload to MFP? Or will it. I'm still really confused in the Fitbit tracker so want to use MFP as a comparison.
