you can do floor work and include leg lifts, squats, sitting on a balance ball and doing crunches and/or arm weights.... those seem reasonable. good luck!!!

Well, I do know that I grunt when i workout and when i start saying "OH MY GOD" for every new circuit/exercise I do, then I know i'm pushing myself. maybe try protein shakes? I use carnation instant breakfast (no sugar added) with skim milk and a scoop of non-flavored protein powder.....(GNC). Shakes fill you up, have good fiber/protein and helps the metabolism. Good Luck...

trying to avoid temptations can be so difficult. KUDOS to you for walking away. Removing yourself from where you think you could have indulged in those tasty snacks was a really good thing to do. Try not to beat yourself up too bad. I think nearly everyone strays but what's important is for you to ge yourself back on track. Honestly I am trying to do that myself and I'm going "back to basics". Focus on logging your food & exercise one meal at a time. You can do it!! :)

It is difficult b/c home baked or bakery goods aren't always in the database. So, what I would do is pick something as close to the amount as possible and I also assume it's HIGHER calories- so if you have the choice, pick something higher to give yourself a buffer?! mmmm- i do love banana bread!!! :)
