I find that I have increased supply after I exercise. Do you hydrate while exercising and what kind of workouts do you do? (I've also read babies may not like the milk much after exercise as it could become soured. They sometimes suggest waiting at least an hour before you nurse, if your baby will let you make them wait!)

Thankfully all I had to deal with was a tiny spider that had made his web across the top of our top-loading washer. The web still made me itchy though. Yuck. Some of those videos are priceless! \o/

Why is the number such a fixture here? You're looking for inches, not pounds, I'm sure. Just buy a swimsuit that is flattering for your current body and give yourself a break.

I'm a junk eater too. I've been following the Everything In Moderation school of thought that seems to be hated by quite a few members here and I've been losing. I just have a decent deficit.

Lost the most weight so far in my back and sides. The part I am most excited about was a fatty patch on my chest that has been with me for years and was said, by a doctor, to be there forever. And it's GONE. It's such a beautiful feeling.

I make time. My husband voluntold me I was going to a gym, so he gets to look after the kids while I go to my sessions. And at home, it's when the kids are napping. =)

I'd seriously want all of the weights to be pink, no matter the size. Get rid of the stereotype that pink is somehow a weak color. :<

Is there a chance you can see a doctor? I have a poor shoulder too, too much repetitive stress on my left side. I've started incorperating exercise (with weights) to strengthen my rotator cuffs. At gym, I lift heavier with my right than I do with my left until my left starts feeling better.

THIS is one of the reasons I miss playing WoW. I am not disappointed that I quit when I did, but trying to find an alternative, newer MMORPG that has similar mechanics is almost impossible and I'm not about to devote as much time as necessary to get 'up to par' with the power-gamers on WoW again right now. :<

I wish they'd bring about a couple of 1.0 servers for those of us who have absolutely no interest in the expansions. They kind of ruined it for me, but I miss oldschool WoW.

I also want to recommend the Minnesota Landscape Arboretum for walking. The 3 mile drive can be a little frustrating because of the cars forcing you to one side, but it's nice to walk the 3 mile and then stop and look at the flowers and trees to relax afterward. =)

I don't consider tea or coffee in my daily water totals. I log them anyway because of the calories, but my water intake is simply water. As long as I'm hitting my water totals, anything else I drink is just an aside.
