Don't be frustrated! Look at what your eating, and see what you can change. I always go way over in protein, but protein is what keeps me going all day as a teacher!! If I have carbs, I'm starving! Thank you for all the input!! Wow!! There are strong feelings about "water" out there!! With everyone's words of advise, I did it today!! Not all water, about 50 oz of water, (which I love water!) two cups of reg. coffee, I counted as 8 oz, and one cup of decaf green tea, which I counted as 8oz of water, it was decaf! So,…

I had the same feeling after week 1~ Did it all right and lost nothing! I'm starting week 4 today, and have lost 3 pounds!! Don't give up! Exercise is really the key for me!!

12 Total. Feel I've missed posting a few days. I'm keeping an exercise journal at home, really keeps me motivated! Hate to see an empty box!! 7 for 7 this week. 6 hours 45 minutes total.
