I've donated four times and have passed out and/or felt woozy after every time. They've got the blood, all cleaned up and ready to be done, and I'm out. They don't tell me not to give blood, but now since I've lost weight, I'm under the amount and can't.

I've got the same problem, except that mine are already tiny to begin with, they might start going negative soon if they could. Crunches, sit ups, bicycle crunches, planks, and other such things besides just general weight loss (keep hearing that losing it generally works instead of trying to just get one area) should help…
