I did not lose any weight. This week I will try to eat 2 lbs of veg/lettuce each day and spend 1 hour each day to clean my messy house.

Don't eat veggies by themself. Sneak them in your food that you don't event know it's there. ex: mix veg and meat together for mealball. put veggie in your fruit smoothie.

I know when I'm going to get my period, I go nut banana the week before. Eat like a nut. My emotion is also out of balance, usually I get sad so easily. I read that metabolism does up during that time.. so that's why you want to eat more.

Take a few days off your diet. Eat calorie at your maintenant (sp?) level so you body does not think you are on diet. Then go back to your diet, change your workout routine, schedule. I like do HIIT on rowing. I also starts to do Tabata.

Sometimes I do feel that way. I afraid I will gain back the weight. But then I also afraid if I don't eat, it will slow my metabolism. I do feel good when I eat salad and low fat protein because I know eating them it actually help me lose more weight and it also gives me energy,.. fuel for my body.

I should take a picture of myself so I can pictures to compare. Right now I use my old jeans to motivate me. I try to squeeze in them every 2 weeks to see if I can zip it up. :)

Zumba is awsome. I sweat like I just took a shower. My hair is so wet and I have so happy and have much energy of the class. Too bad, my club does not have it every day. I only takes 3 times a week.
