I did zumba with just one leg when my knee hurts me... I just do my right leg twice.. . Rowing is good..just don't put your foot in pedal. In general.. cardio is not that important. You can just eat less. Sit up burns good calorie also. Pilates is good also. Sauna also does burn calorie. Just do miss your weight lifting…

I did not lose any weight this week. The positive thing is I DID NOT GAIN any weight neither :happy:

Since we don't have to weight in on monday. I'm going to change mine to wednesday also. I usually eat out during the weekend and don't eat so healthy.. lots of sodium. Also I have a chance to work off the extra weekend calorie. Wednesday weight in would motivate me to be good on monday & tuesday.

I lost 9 lbs 5% so I have 9 more lbs to go. If I lose 1 lb a week (I wish I can lose 2 lbs/week ), it will take me 2 months and 1 week.

If you do low intensity impact then you can work out over 1,2 hours otherwise your muscles will break down, cotisol (sp?) wil get release, your joints has more chance to get damage. High impact interval is the best. I ride bike or walk low impact in my gym all the time when I want to finish watching the show all the time.…

It's a hard lesson at least you did not get anyone to carry you home or went somewhere in the jungle... stuck that have to call emergency so the helicopter have to pick you up. My ex -coworker could not make it on her hike so helicoper has to pick her up... I think she was dehydrated.. she was on SB diet

I don't know about the 1000 cal but I know it's at least 500 for 1 hour of it if you work hard. Usually my head is so wet like I just took a shower after the class.

Also you need to do low intensity workout b/c high impact use carbo and when there isn't any it will use your muscles for energy. If you do low intensity it will use fat as energy...... I am going to switch to high protein low carbo diet so I 'm doing the reasearch on it..

I do weight lifting 3 times, 3 x 1 hour zumba, 1 hout hop. If I have more time, I do HIIT on rowing for 25 minutes up to 2 times a week. This week I cut down exercise time except for weight lifting since I did not lose weight for 2 weeks. ....

I did not lose any but I'm happy. I ate real bad last week. My workout did save me from gaining weight. still 171 lbs. 2 more lbs then I will be in the 160 :laugh:

I have to get someone to take my pic over this weekend. I hate to take pics b/c I look so bad. But I just looked at my old pic and obviously now the black top in that pic is too big for me. So I got to take my pic so I can compare later on.

I ate really bad since last saturday to wednesday. But it's ok the food was good and I did enjoy it. The good thing is now I stick to whatever workout routine I have and my diet real good. I hope I won't gain weight on monday weight in. :angry:

Fiber one cereal is better. I think 14 g of fiber in 1/2 cup of cereal. Steel oatmeal with nut, raisin or banana is yummy. Special K, I'm still hungry after eating, high sugar , not enough fiber.. it tastes good tho.
