No, you do lose fat event tho you have an high sodium diet. Low sodium diet just makes it easier to lose weight. Gaining weight after the work out, it could be you drank lots of water or your muscles are swollen up..to build more muscle mass. I think..

I love zumba. I feel like I have much energy after the class. I go 3 times a week. I wish I can take it 5 days a week but my gym does not have it every day. Hip hop is good too. Since you have to remember the routine, you mind got a work out also.

Only 7 days, I'm in. I went to my 1 hour weight lifting and 1 hour zumba classes today I'm going to log in all my calorie. I don't have access to computer all the time so I will put it in the day before. I also want to add that I will not eat starch after lunch unless I work out in the evening. C u all on thursday.

I think 1st come the water loss then the fat loss. when the cell has sodium,content water, makes it harder to lose weight. That's why most of the diet wants you drink lots of water and input low sodium. I know when I lose water weight.... by my output water and I weight myself everyday..If I lose more than 1 lb overnight…

If I go down to 170 lbs, I can go to Cannon beach (1.5 hours drive). I'm just 1 lbs short. 160 lbs I'll go to Newport, another beach (4 hours drive) and stay over night. I hope I can go down by my Bday Aug 5th. The last time I was there, 2 weeks ago , I saw 3 whales :noway:

Diet: It can be just just count in/out calorie or also count carbohydrates, fiber 3 big measl vs 5,6 small meals How many times you work out, High/low cardio workout, etc.

It's worth it. I used to do and lose weight without knowing it. Walk during lunch, it makes the lunch hour seem to be longer. It 's also relax me, release stress from work. Event tho the walk did not burn much calorie but it reduces the cotisol (sp?), less stress... make it easier to lose weight. Also it meant I don't go…

I weight myself every day except this week I m on TOM. It does help me to stick to my diet. The scale goes up and down. Sometimes I'm 5 lbs heavier than the day before. I only record the lowest weight.

Weigh loss is 80% eating , 20% is work out. If you drink 100oz of water and don't input much salt, it helps your body to lose weight. I felt so down the last 2 days. I could not do cardio work out. My left leg is swollen. I do my upper body weight lifting workout down. I miss my Zumba class :sad:

Cool! I just bought 2 cabbage heads last night. Usually I finish 1 in 2 days. Is it too late to start grown cabbage in the backyard? or start up a veggie garden. I'm on this new diet, trying to eat 2 lbs of veggi/salad each day.

Pilates does help to lose weight? Right now I spend most of my free time doing cardio workout. Plan when I almost get in shape I'll do pilates so I can tone up.

We're going to take my dad out to dim sum on sunday. I'm worry that I'm going to go over my calorie limit. Here is my plan.. get up early on sunday, go work out then go straight to the restaurant from the health club so I can have dim sum as my post meal. If I work out hard. I won't eat much b/c I remember how hard I work…

Usually I do that when I do cardio at the gym. If I can cut 1/2 of time of work out and still get the same benefit... eh why not. And on the day that I really really lazy I apply tabata method just for 4 minutes :smokin:
