5 Pounds in 7 days

I've been steadily losing about 4 pounds a week since I started on here. But the last two weeks I've slacked a little and only lost 5 pounds (3 two weeks ago and 2 last week). Which puts me at 205 Lbs. I havent been under 200 since I was a sophomore in highschool so I'd really like to get there asap. Anyway, I'm going to hit the weightroom hard this week and try to lose that 5 pounds.

So here's the agenda:

1 hour of cardio everyday this week

Run for 1 hour 3 times this week

Log absolutely everything BEFORE I eat it to keep in my calories

Make a conscious effort to be more active in my everyday routine ( yard work instead of watching movies ect..)

Weight train 3 times this week.

Avoid excess sugar if at all possible

NO fast food

I know it sounds pretty strict but its only 7 days.

Anybody else want to try with me?

    hi!

    i'd love to. my weight hasn't dropped (or gone up) in a month. it's pissing me off.

    so, i shall eat a yummy, indulgent lunch, because after this i have a 55 minute hardcore strength training class that kicks my butt!

    i'll do my hour of cardio after that.

    and suppose, a run later tonight.

    oh and also - if you don't make that 5 pounds this week, don't be disappointed. you're getting closer to the end!

    Im pretty much doing that same thing for 2 months......so ehhhh......Im with ya!:laugh: :laugh: :laugh:

    I'll post a thread on Thursday if you want to see how much we've lost by then, Then I'll post another one on monday next week. Good luck guys, dont die in the gym :happy:

    I'm in as well. Really haven't been keeping track of the weight since I started ( have noticed 3 inches off my waist). my last weigh I lost 3lbs; down to 256. Just did 45 mins of cardio,but i'm on board!

    Im in as well,

    Im the type of person when I start to see a difference in my body I'll stop working out, cheat with my food intake, cause I think I can. Then before I know it I will be back to where I started. I think this will be a good way to jump start my fitness goals again.





    Current weight 130
    Goal 1 125 July 4th
    Goal 2 120 July 18th
    Goal 3 115 August 1st

    i'm in. its been a while since i've lost anything.
  • Only 7 days, I'm in.
    I went to my 1 hour weight lifting and 1 hour zumba classes today
    I'm going to log in all my calorie. I don't have access to computer all the time so I will put it in the day before. I also want to add that I will not eat starch after lunch unless I work out in the evening. C u all on thursday.
