    i love that the guy said 'vegetables make me ill'

    is this possible? i remember when i was young always getting a headache if i had too many raw veggies. maybe because it was rare to my diet?

    Agreed. I watched them last night...I knew a lot of what he pointed out...but some stuff was really gross. I'm happy I'm a vegetarian who eats clean.

    Going to watch this later, but definitely will watch it because I just moved and need to buy all new groceries. I'm using it as a way to start FRESH (literally) and eat cleaner. I'm sure these episodes will help me with that goal. I love Jamie Oliver. Thanks for the links!

    Bump to show my bf later...oh my god....he's going to die of colon cancer. He's one of the ones who looks healthy because he is "fit" but doesn't eat anything but junk food and AMPM burritos! AGH! :sad:
