I forgot to check in at the end of the month but my goal for January was 90 miles and I totaled it today and I got 117...I am so proud of myself and I am 6 pounds down.

I completely slacked on Leslie Thursday thru Sunday...I had alot of organizing to do around the house. Me and my friend from work did another 15 minute video at lunch today. Had tons of housework to do so was on my feet doing something from 4 til 7...got almost 12000 steps in so Happy about that. tomorrow is my weigh in day fingers crossed!

20 miles since the 1st my goal is still 90 for my month...I barely moved today though...imbibed way too much at another Christmas party, thankfully its the last and I don't think I ever want to see any alcohol again ever!

I got 12k steps in today...and made my work friend do a 15 minute 1 mile walk watching a Leslie video...having a hard time finding time at night to fit it in at least I am getting a little in at work

I tried to do some WW also for a few months, years ago I had great success in it...it is way too restrictive and I find myself cheating more....I lost alot on MFP too and I am trying to keep in mind all the foods I could eat on WW and combine them with MFP and so far its been working this past week. I dont feel so pinned…
