I was looking into getting "Baby Bells". I finally started feeling normal again at 11 weeks and need to do something to stay in shape and offset some of this eating lol I am not fond of DVDs, but I stink at making my own routines.

Every morning. Unless I drank too much alcohol or had pizza the night before. I know those numbers are going to be off for a couple of days. But I track it with libra on my phone. I like being able to see the trend.

Enteric (sp?) coated really helps. Some people are just fine with the flavored stuff. Not me. I feel like omega-3s are important, but I do not eat the correct foods. So I supplement. I take one that has 900mg of omega-3 per 1 softgel serving. ETA: I take GNC's Triple Strength Fish Oil. It's maybe $25-ish for two months…

For calorie burn, I use a heart rate monitor and log is as cardio. I had found a formula online years ago, but the HRM is more accurate. I have started listing it as strength as well to track progress.

Here, any one can go pay 100-200$ and have a "doctor" to tell them to eat 5-800 calories and give them shots and diet pills. The "better" places only do it only if you're obese.

I am trained in my day job to tell you yes, take all the supplements. But seriously, I would recommend some type of multi. It's a good insurance policy. Omega-3 is good if you aren't a fatty fish eater. A benefit of a vitapak is the convenience if you're taking a bunch of different supplements.

I mix some with my hemp seeds and eat them with a spoon. Followed by water.

I love them. I could see differences in my body composition. I lost a lot of back fat. Watch your form. My sister threw her back out.

Kettlebells. I can't get to the gym to lift. House is too small and old for me to lift here. I can get my cardio and some strength in at the same time this way.

C4 is my go to prework out. Watermelon or orange. Then I have a quest bar or shake afterwards, unless my workout if before supper. I have been drinking muscle pharm's combat powder. Although, I only use 1/2 of a scoop if my workout is after 5 pm.
