I like kettlebells. Super easy to store and take with you on vacation!
-
Things picked up body composition wise when I started using kettlebells. I only have like 30 min a day to work out at home. Wish I would have done it sooner. I've lost/maintained 110-120 lbs. (I kind of fell off the wagon for a while last year and gained back by not keeping active and watching what I ate) BUT I feel like…

If you're losing inches then you are losing body fat. Keep it up. You may be bloated. Too much sodium?
-
We were discussing this at work the other day, and the fact that most people refuse to eat healthy and exercise. They just want magic pills.
-
Depending on the shoe, I went down about two sizes.
-
Rhodiola and ashwaganda are both adaptogen herbs that are supposed to help.
-
I get a discount on them at work... But I have to really limit myself.
-
Yet another person who only clicked expecting some Whovian postings :) Feel free to add.

Most of the time, it's fine. Take them at different times so you're not "Wasting" the b-complex. It's water soluble.

Meat. Nuts. Protein Shakes. Protein Bars. These are my go to items.
-
A mix of 1 and 2

MFP has the deficit built into your calories already. You have to eat to get back to the determined deficit.
-
Under Armour! I also have some reebok, nike and a.d.i.d.a.s. stuff that I have got pretty cheap.
-
It can be beneficial to your overall health.
-
If you want shakes, why not hit up GNC or bodybuilding.com Just because they sell them doesn't mean they're going to magically work with the program.
-
I work at a GNC so I love my discount on them. Especially since they're buy 3 get 1 free at my store for the individual bars. Cookies and cream is my new favorite. Lemon is awesome too. I don't warm them up. It weirds me out.

Batteries can throw it off. So says the 30# weightloss that showed up on mine today.
-
I found a formula online years ago. I use a hear rate monitor now. The 20 calories per minute is usually for HIIT/Tabata training doing snatches.
-
With my HRM I come in less than 1/2 of what they suggest. I found a formula a long time ago but cannot remember how I found it.
-
I see what you did there.
-
I like Optimum Nutrition's French Vanilla 100% whey.
-
From photos... My back.
-
Maybe the extra fibre from the quest bars. Maybe the sweeteners or something in the xtend.
-
Most GNC's have optimum nutrition for around $29-ish for 2#. I like it's flavor more than the other 100% wheys. I also like syntha 6 but ti's usually $33-36.
-
Kettlebell!
-
The only thing I asked for was non-hospital food. I considered a healthy child a decent enough "push gift"
-
skinny fibre -- gluccomannan (sp?) fibre and enzymes. Good for you, but over priced as that product. Bee pollen is a good whole food source of minerals and vitamins. Not the magic cure for weight loss, but would help with over all health. Not something that could really be "measured"
-
I was almost to 135. Now I am back to almost 160 since I've slacked.

I wear a HRM and it varies ... a lot
