Started at 265 wearing a size 22-26 depending on the item. Usually 2xl shirt. Now, averaging 150 lbs. Usually a size 6. Small or medium depending on the brand/cut etc. I still don't feel comfortable in my clothes so I tend to wear them a bit looser.

I really like Irish, Scottish and English accents. Russian and German ones rock too. I love listening to Canadians since I am surrounded by the Southern Drawl here and it makes me sound like I am home. Someone asked me if I was British at work one time... That was odd.

I work at a GNC, and I am surprised how many trainers are using thermogenics and always looking for the latest weight loss secret. TO me, they should be the ones eating well and training well since they are being paid to tell others that.

Work out now, and you will get closer to your goal weight sooner. Build muscle now, instead of running the risk of losing some of it.

The shots are usually a different type of the vitamin (methylcobalamin -- sp?) is supposed to better and cross the blood/brain barrier. The usual OTC b12 is cyanocobalamin (sp?) is not as bio-available and doesn't get absorbed as well through the intestines as it binds with other proteins. But as everyone who comes into…

I watch Classic Who as I am cleaning. So I haven't really got into it much. I have to admit, the past part of this Series with Clara was a big let down. I can't quite pin it down... It was all "in your face" no story build up, not a lot of character development. I guess it was good because you could drop in at any episode…

I don't really like the thick gelatinous consistency. I mix a tablespoon of Chia with a tablespoon of hemp seed and eat it with a spoon -- followed by lots of water.

I love the Chocolate Peanut Butter one. I buy them at work :) The Chocolate one is the only all chocolate one I like. I usually have one as an afternoon snack or with a salad for lunch.

I would love to have the extra skin on my belly gone... And if I could magically get rid of my thigh fat then I would be happy.
