Feel free to add me :) I have a 4 and 8 year old. I started losing weight about 2.5-3 years ago. I still have about 10-15# I would like to lose, but am trying to focus on reducing body fat and building muscle so I might not reach that number.

DH was told that by a recruiter once. Really all it does is dehydrate the skin. Anyone can add me if you like. I'm 29. I was overweight from about 17 to a few years ago. It does seem to be harder now to keep it off lol I want to try and lose this last bit of weight, or body fat before my birthday this fall

i will be starting after my son's birthday. we already made pizza party plans. my biggest thing will be my protein shake. i finally got to where i could drink the powdered isopure with milk... now to find an easy meat to eat. the shakes were so easy because of my work schedule.

actually they still sell it. you can get both the old formula and the new dmaa free one.

The new OxyElite Pro doesn't have the DMAA in it. It does have a tad more caffeine. The Jack3D... I could never take more than one scoop with even with working out. My understanding is that the DMAA kind of mimics amphetamines as far as energy and appetite control.

Pure Protein RTDs and Isopure Vanilla Protein mixed with milk and sugar free chocolate syrup. Pro Antium Vanilla is okay, but when mixed with milk gives me too many calories.

Being an appetite suppressant, if you miss a dose or stop taking it -- you will more than likely binge. Phentermine, from what I have read is chemically similar to amphetamines. Unless you learn to eat better then it's going to be a waste of your time.

Along with my multi... Fish Oil, Vit D3, Vit C, L-arginine6&L-Ornithine, L-Lysise, Vit B6, Probiotic, Rhodiola and Ginseng. I also take a teaspoon of raw local honey mixed with cinnamon.
