So I just had a 1/4 cup of cottage cheese with a little black pepper and onion powder spread on a matzo. rather tasty!

I like to cut up tomatoes and mix it in with a dash of olive oil. the oil gives it a nice taste.

Baked Crispy Cabbage Cut it up into pieces. you can leave it in chunks, or sort of shredded looking. Put it in a big enough pan, sprinkle some olive oil on it, salt and pepper and bake it in the oven at 400-450 f until its nice and crispy. its delicious! We have been having it at least once a week with dinner.

I know how you feel. once a week allow your self a cheat day and have that slice of cake, a small one of course. I would definitely drink more water. You can do it, just keep your head up and looking towards the future!!
