i only drink unsweetened iced tea, and I log it as water since it has no calories and is basically water anyway. If it has no calories, I'd count it as water but if you add stuff to it count that

I cant eat the chicken breasts either. they are too dry and bleck. I too prefer chicken thighs, tho I'm bad cuz i like it with the skin. but as long as you point it properly and work with it, you're fine!! Eat what you like.

I wanted to do the same thing before I went for my dress. I probably lost about 15-20 before I went for my dress. But dont worry about that!! I lost the most weight after deciding on the dress! Good luck with it!! and trust me, you will LOVE dress shopping!!!

I mix mine with a bit of olive oil, salt and pepper. I also like putting tomatoes with it.

Thanks everyone!!!!!! just in case someone was wondering, my ticker shows what Ive lost since I joined MFP, and I joined about 7lbs lighter than what I originally started from.

I am losing weight. I guess I chose my words wrong. I want to strengthen my abs, tone if you will. I am losing the weight so I know that will go down, but I need to tone and strengthen.

It does sync throughout the day. I went from 3 calories under to 13 under to 3 over to 15 over.

I havnt. Its early yet, but Ive done walking around and in turn burned some calories. But I am not seeing anything on MFP. I just disconnected and reconnected the sites again to see if that would help, but still nothing

I synced them. But my cals burned are not updating. I have the ultra and Ive been around my base. Its updated on fitbit, but not MFP.
