I work in a hardware store and every year we sell birdseed, 20lb bags of birdseed to be exact. I carried out a bag for this sweet older lady, and I realized that I have lost a bag of birdseed! 20lbs lost... never to be found again! Woot!

    I feed the birds. I remember when I was at 50 pounds lost and was carrying a bag into the house. I thought to myself this is what I have lost in weight. Now that I am approaching 100# lost, it is almost 2 of those 50# bags that I have lost, and the ironic part is that I could never carry in 100# at one time, yet that is close to the extra poundage (is this a word?) I was carrying around pre MFP.
