The first thing I would recommend is go to a true running store and get fitted for shoes that suit your running style. The next thing I would recommend is shin compression wraps. I started running about 6 weeks ago and I used to come in and ice my shins. Now I run with compression wraps and feel fine. Good Luck!

Thanks Amy. Breakfast on workdays is usually 2 bananas around 9, then I have 2 clementines around 11 as a mid morning snack.
