Calories are different for each person. I highly recommend you buy a HRM that way you can tell exactly how many calories you're burning. :) I found mine for cheap on Amazon.com I have the Polar FT4 for women and I love it!!! It keeps track of everything I need I know some HRM's do more but I don't need the extra stuff. :)…

I started 6 week 6 pack this morning and also couch potato to 5k. I will do those every other day and do 30 DS every Monday-Friday. I will be doing a 2 mile walk every day - gotta walk the puppy. I'm glad to have support to start this thing ... I just hope this time I am able to finish it! :)

I would love to do 30 days straight but my weekends can be pretty crazy especially with summer coming up. I've also read that you're supposed to give your body a break for recovery and rest.
