I recommend the Enell sports bra - IT IS THE BEST SPORTS BRA EVER!!!!! I am a 38H and it's the ONLY sports bra that is VERY supportive, holds the girls in place, and you're not in pain when you run.

I have read and seen before & after pics from other MFP members and the results they got from Jillian Michaels' dvd's are AMAZING! A lot of people do 30 Day Shred and lose a decent amount of inches! :) I have a lot of her dvd's and when I eat healthy and stick to the dvd's I lost 10lbs in a month before. Hope this helps!…

I suggest you check out the Paleo Diet - it's AWESOME! My new favorite sites are: www.paleoeveryday.com and www.paleomg.com both have DELICIOUS recipes!

On the Paleo Diet it's recommended you use Coconut Oil. I would assume it's healthy for you because on this diet you're only supposed to consume healthy, natural things (no grains, no processed foods).

I don't have a binge/cheat day ... I eat/drink whatever I want I just keep in mind MODERATION is key!!! I have found that when I eat whatever I want in small portions I don't over do it like I would if I had an entire cheat day.

I have the KB&T but not the others sorry. I have 7-8 of her other DVD's though and I love ALL of them. I would totally buy that deal :) If you find you don't care for them can't you sell/give them away to someone who would use them?
