I always heard butter was better so that was what I always used. However, my recent blood worked showed my cholesterol was a whopping 260. I now use Smart Balance Original only 35 calories TBS, and it tastes pretty good.

Nothing to add on the subject, just wanted to thank you for posting it. I'm having the same problem. Doing great in all the other areas but going over on my protein everyday.

Hi, I'm no expert but by looking at your food diary it seems to me you need more protein. You waste a lot of you calorie allowance on the Red Bull, might I suggest you try the 5-hour energy shots?
