Anyone feel free to add me too. I ran three 1/2 marathons last year and would love to do a full marthon in 2014. I log into MFP pretty much daily and running is one of my favorite activities. Would love to give and receive encouragement from other runners!

I'm 5'3. Feel free to add me. I'm 36 and have been traveling for my job for the last year and was up to 135. I'm currently around 118 and my goal weight is around 113. I've been losing about a pound a week by counting calories (I haven't done so great around the last Christmas week) and running 5 days a week.

I like Muscle Mik Light (Cake Batter, Banana or Chocolate Peanut Butter). I only use 1/2 a scoop with mik to reduce calories. I also buy mine off of Amazon to save money.
