I'm 5'2"! When I was 18 I weighed 205 pounds. When I turned 19 I weighed 155 pounds (though my ultimate goal was 130, I never made it)!
After getting comfortable with my darling boyfriend I've rocketed back up to 175. But I'm confident I can finally reach my goal! He put on some pounds as well so we're doing it together!0 -
I'm 5'3. Feel free to add me. I'm 36 and have been traveling for my job for the last year and was up to 135. I'm currently around 118 and my goal weight is around 113. I've been losing about a pound a week by counting calories (I haven't done so great around the last Christmas week) and running 5 days a week.0

I'm 5'2" and currently weight 122, which is my all-time life-time high. (I'm 42). I have a LOT of fat on my midsection and lots of extra fluff on hips, butt, etc. I used to weigh 108 and I looked so great!! So, 110 is NOT too skinny for me. In fact, at 108, I still had stomach rolls when I sat down. The best I ever looked was at age 26 and I was 105. During this time, people said I looked like Pamela Anderson - oh god!! Wow!!! I was NOT scrawny at all, just lean and great. *sigh*0

I'm also 5"2, now maintaining. Usually this is around 113lbs but i'm currently under 110lbs (unintentionally!). I'm looking to start lifting this year so expect the scales to go a tad higher but that's fine.0

SW: 180lbs
CW: 144lbs
GW: 125lbs
It took me about 6 months to lose the bulk of the weight but it's definitely slowed down since then. I'm still losing, just not as much as quickly. That's okay though because a loss is a loss. I track my food every day, work out when I can and I cut out fast food and soda/sugary drinks. I basically still eat whatever I want as long as I can fit it into my day. This has worked for me and I don't feel deprived.
I hated my prom pictures so much... Especially because I had to take pictures next to my boyfriend's skinny sister. But they're the best befores I have. I look back at these and all I can think is "never again".

I have no ideas how to make pics smaller so I apologize. However my progress is on my profile.

Your profile is locked and only viewable by friends. But I was able to see your pics and you're how I want to look. Love the muscles!!! I am 5'1 and currently weigh 120 lbs. Would love to build more muscle. I take a body works class that uses weights and I do pilates, I get on the stairmaster and I use the weight machines at the gym. I know I need to start lifting heavy but don't know where to start. What do you recommend?
I apologize, I just saw this! Thank you so much! I will say I've been bulking for the last 7 wks meaning I'm intentionally gaining weight to add more muscle and I now weigh 135lbs; aiming to add on another 5-10lbs then cut.
Personally I recommend to start with reading Strong Lifts, New Rules Of Lifting For Women or looking up Nia Shanks and looking into one of her amazing programs. They are the basic fundamentals that will lay the ground work for you. PM me if you need additional help!0 -
I'm 5'2; started at 130 and got down to 110 last summer through lifting, running and diet. I lost most my weight eating 1700-1900 calories FWIW. While I was happy there at times I felt too lean. Having more muscle became a top priority, plus lifting is my first love, so I bulked and I'm up to 120 now. I always suggest lifting to ladies and to forget the scale; no one except the people at my gym realized I put on 10 lbs. I'm also still the same clothing size 2-4 for both weights. The scale means nothing to me now. Now I focus on lifting, eating well and meeting my macros with very little if any cardio. This way is much more simple.
August 2012 110lbs
May/Current 120lbs
I you lady! I had no idea you were that petite. You look so phenomenal!0 -

i'm 5'2" and stuck at my highest weight, which is... lo and behold, 130 lbs.
i was around 115 - 120 up until fall semester of freshman year of college (which was this past fall) and i somehow managed to literally gain the freshman 15.
i'm determined to get to 100 lbs by summer; my psychiatrist has made comments about my weight gain that just make me even more determined to show her that i can do this.
feel free to add me as a friend!(:0 -
I'm 5'2", started at 218 and am currently 155, so I'm 13lbs lighter than my last progress comparison below.
