I've done it before, the first time I dieted. This time around I make a point in exercising. Its certainly possible to loose without exercising, but I'm a smaller size now with exercise than I was at the same weight dieting without exercise.

Just wanted to put it out there for the ladies that experience this kind of cramping. Go see your doctor, it is not normal. If your period cramps make you feel like you're going to pass out, induce you into vomiting, make you miss school or work, or otherwise hinder the quality of life that you would have while not on your…

Yes! I was a C cup before gaining weight. After gaining around 100 pounds I jumped to an F cup. I am now a 32 D, which is technically the same cup size as B, but is apparently labeled D because the band size is so small. That being said, when I was merely dieting, I only went down one cup size. It wasn't until I started…

I lost 130 pounds over the course of a year and a half and have been trying just about every trick in the book to try to stop the saggy skin when I first noticed that it started popping up. I'm also doing body recomp, and as I've lost the fat, the saggy skin has gotten worse, not better. No matter what I do to treat it.…

I usually have something to snack on every couple of hours or so, both to keep away hunger and to meet calorie goals because my meals throughout the day usually don't do it alone so I have to fill in the holes with snacks. I think protein and whole grains seem to do the trick for me - whole grains more than the protein.

I have a high resting heart rate. Due to that and frequent heart palpitations I was experiencing at 18 I ended up going into the hospital and being referred to a cardiologist. Ended up getting diagnosed with tachycardia (high resting heart rate), and mitral valve prolapse. One nurse once expressed concern of me possibly…

Nope. I lost 130 pounds eating almost nothing but whole grains in terms of carbs.

I find it strange that your doctor suggested low carb for PCOS. I have endometriosis, which I understand is a completely different condition. However, they are both hormone based and exclusively a female condition. I regulate the amount of meat/dairy I consume that has been raised with or has hormones added to it. This has…

Three days of weightlifting a week for a minimum of 30 minutes. No max time. I do cardio relatively minimally, and can range anywhere from not doing any at all for weeks on end to daily on days that I don't weight train. I generally use cardio as a means to control calories - if I eat too many I do cardio. If I don't, I…

1. Yes, I lost all my weight and never gave up any food. I still ate pizza, cake, cookies, and burgers. Just left often and in smaller portions. That said, you could feasibly eat those things every meal and still loose weight as long as you don't go over your calories - not that doing so would be healthy. 2. I always try…

I use Body Fortress's Super Advanced Whey Isolate. A one scoop serving packs in 30g of protein and it tastes really good. I usually mix mine with almond milk. I've seen it in vanilla and chocolate flavors. It is also one of the more expensive protein powders I've seen at around $18 - $24 per container, depending upon the…

I would do it. I'm 29 and have never had a boyfriend, but am thinking I may need to do this myself. I got myself stuck in a year long "situationship" with a co-worker that I was head over heels for. We just were in the talking stage, never went on a date or hung out, but I fell for him really hard. I heard through the…

In my experience fat doesn't redistribute. I'm at my goal weight now and a little "skinny fat". I still carry the vast majority of my weight at my belly. I've been doing weight training to do recomposition, but so far after doing it for months on end that seems to be shrinking are my underarms and my breasts. Belly has…

I recently started eating an organic granola cereal and having it with a regular size container of greek yogurt. I don't have this every day, but if you want nice whole grain carbs and a low fat protein, its an excellent choice. I also frequently make omelettes (fillings vary) and have them with wheat toast and maybe some…

A lot of times I will use ground turkey, ground chicken, or ground sirloin. I do sometimes buy frozen veggie patties and give grilled Portobello mushroom caps and used those as the "burger". I believe I usually use Arnold or Nature's Own whole wheat burger/sandwich buns. They're not low calorie, but I do feel they're…

Anyone can add me if you want. I'm done loosing weight, but am working on body recomp now to loose fat and gain muscle.

Personality for sure. I've actually fallen for people that I wasn't physically attracted to, just based off their personality. Once you fall in love with someone's personality, all of them is attractive to you, even if they physically weren't so before.

I ate rice all throughout my weight loss; mostly brown rice.

I lost about 93 pounds with MFP, but around 130 all together within a period of almost a year and a half. This was my second weight loss attempt (lost it all the first time and then gained it all back plus some). I'm 29 and have never had kids. I wasn't prepared for the loose skin. I knew it could happen, but I'm young and…

I don't like milk, but I do like ice cream, cheese, and yogurt. That said, I try to limit dairy in my diet to only one serving a day. I have endometriosis and a hepactic adenoma. Both conditions are aggravated by the hormones found in dairy products. The less of them I eat, the better off I am.

I lost my first 50 pounds or so by eating at a deficit and doing nothing but take a mile walk every day. Later on I added weight training at the gym; now I reached my goal weight.

Usually chicken or fish, rarely red meat. Seems strange to eat those for breakfast, but I guess I could.

So would you all wait a year or so until deciding what to do after I reach my desired body fat percentage? Or wait a year from reaching my goal weight? I really wish this wasn't happening. I look like I'm on the verge of getting the first boyfriend of my life, and now I have saggy boobs with loose skin and loose skin on my…

How well would this work with the loose skin on my breasts? I keep reading that since these are mostly made up of fat anyway, that toning does very little to nothing to help loose skin here. If I ever did decide to do some sort of surgery, should I wait until I'm done with body recomp, or could I get it done sooner?

How does the pea protein taste? I try to avoid hormones when I can due to endometriosis and a hepactic adenoma - so ideally avoiding the dairy all together would be better.
