Same boat. I have a 14 month old that still wakes during the night. Im always exhausted. Having a hard time fitting in healthy habits.

K-8 special education teacher. Had my first baby in November and ready to get back on track. Currently 205 and want to get down to 150. First goal will be to get to 175 by my son's first birthday in November.

Im sorry you had to hear that,but now you can use it as fuel to keep fighting. They dont know your story but you are making huge gains and are doing a fantastic job. In the end this is all for you and what you believe about yourself.

3 years ago when I was 20 ... i am 5'4" 1/2 ... i weighed 145 and was a size 8. I often got told i looked smaller than that. I was teaching dance two nights a week.. a dancer for a hockey team and was weight lifting 4-5 days a week. I was in excellent shape..... i miss that :(
