  • Oops, messed up the first posting - forget the parsley/cilantro and use fresh chopped mint leaves. Adds a nice balance! Can also spruce it up with a little cumin and coriander. Hope you like it!

  • A little bit of all natural fruit spread and a tablespoon or so of raw nuts, usually walnuts or pecans.
  • For quick and easy, try cookiing with a little Soy Vey and then add sriracha or asian chili paste to spice it up. The teriyaki sauce has some calories but you don't need a ton of it.
  • Sundried tomatoes and feta, with a few seasonings like basil and cilantro. When I make omelettes I put the solid stuff in with the eggs so they cook into the omelette, then just the cheese in the middle.
