I will agree with the Doctor idea, take if from me I've had 9 knee surgeries including a partial knee replacement and two full knee replacements on the same knee. The last thing you want is to end up in the operating table. Long recovery and you are never the same again. Better get yourself checked.

I like to mix it up, if I eat the same thing every day after a while it gets very boring. So I have eggs or cereal or a shake, it all depends on what mood I wake up. But all of it is low cal and good for ya.

I think everyone has mention great things, all very helpful and needed in the kitchen, my two cents... self control. In the kitchen you have to have this, its so easy to cook a great meal and forget about the calories.
